Welcome to Vintage on the Ponds, where we provide all levels of resident care.

Thank you for visiting our website and giving us the opportunity to share Vintage on the Ponds with you and your family. Vintage on the Ponds is a privately owned, 70-bed, licensed community-based residential facility (CBRF.) The Vintage is nestled on 116 acres amidst wildlife, trees and flowers. This home overlooks two large ponds. We have three outdoor courtyards. The center courtyard features a gazebo, flower gardens and a serenity pond for our residents to enjoy with family and friends. The park-like surroundings are picturesque and secure, which allows for independence, as well as safety. All rooms are private, however, they vary in size, decor and bathroom arrangement. We offer 24-hour nursing supervision and a qualified support staff. Staff give excellent care and take pride in Vintage residents giving them a comfortable place to live and call "home!" The level of care provided ranges from residents who are independent with all activities of daily living to those residents who require total assistance in all areas. Dignity and respect are of utmost importance for those who live here and our goal is to always provide the highest quality of care and support to our residents resulting in the best quality of life!

The owner, LeeAnn Cali, started her business in 1993 in a 4-bed ranch-style home. As the community's needs changed, so did her home for the elderly. LeeAnn converted her 4-bed home into a 13-bed home. Currently, 70 residents, all with private rooms, call Vintage on the Ponds their home!

We offer a separate 17-bed unit for individuals suffering from late stages of dementia. This unit has a separate manager to oversee all care and concerns for these residents and their famiilies. The unit provides a 1 to 4 staff to resident ratio. The unit is small and cozy to allow residents to feel safe and secure. The day room and the dining room are always supervised by well-trained and competent staff. The staff on this unit are required to have additional training in Memory Care and behavior management. We offer activities throughout the day and a weekly outing. At the end of life's journey, these residents are able to remain in their home, here at Vintage on the Ponds, with the assistance of Hospice services.

We also offer respite care and on-site physical, occupational and speech therapy services. We have a small, wheelchair accessible bus to accommodate residents who enjoy going out and we provide transportation to and from physician appointments. Our activity staff keep residents involved and busy with numerous activities daily.
